The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 entered into force upon being published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677.
Prepared with reference to international regulations, comparative law, and national needs, this Law aims to ensure the processing and protection of personal data in line with modern standards.
Accordingly, the purpose of the Law is to regulate:

As Pharma Plant Pharmaceuticals Stock & Trade Inc., we act as a data controller and take the necessary precautions to ensure the protection of personal data.
General Principles for Processing Personal Data
Our Company acts in accordance with the general principles outlined in the Law when processing personal data. These principles are:

Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected — via all kinds of verbal, written, or electronic means — for the purposes described above, so that the products and services we offer can be provided in accordance with the legal framework, and so that we can fulfill our contractual and legal obligations properly and fully.
Based on this legal ground, your data may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated herein, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

- Responding to administrative and judicial authorities,

and performing all other activities related to these processes.
Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Our Company may share your personal data with business partners, merchants, banks, financial institutions, independent audit firms, and other legally authorized institutions, including those covered under the Law on Payment and Securities Reconciliation Systems, Payment Services, and Electronic Money Institutions.
Stored data may also be transferred in accordance with the data processing purposes and conditions stated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Where transactions require record-keeping under legal regulations, your data will be stored for a period specified by law. If you request deletion of your data, such requests will be fulfilled after the legal retention period expires — and during that period, your data will not be processed or shared unless required by law.
Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11
As a data subject, you may submit your requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law via the methods listed below. Our Company will respond to your request as soon as possible, and within 30 days at the latest. If the Personal Data Protection Board has specified a fee, such fee may be charged.
You have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if your data has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it's being used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred (in Turkey or abroad)
- Request correction if your data is incomplete or incorrect
- Request deletion or destruction of your data if the legal reasons for processing no longer apply
- Request notification of corrections or deletions to third parties to whom data was transferred
Pursuant to Article 13, paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVK Law), you may submit your request regarding the exercise of your rights stated above to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not yet specified any other methods, your application must be submitted to our Company in writing in accordance with the KVK Law.
Within this scope, the channels and procedures through which you can submit your written applications to our Company under Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below.
In order to exercise your rights stated above, you may submit your request, which includes your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise as specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law, along with the necessary information identifying your identity and other required details, by delivering it in person with identifying documents to the Company’s head office at the address Koşuyolu Mahallesi Vakıf Sokak No:4 Kadıköy/İstanbul, by sending it via registered mail with return receipt, via a notary, or by other methods specified in the KVK Law.
