1. Production Planning

  • Material and resource planning is carried out in line with production demands.
  • The entire process is integrated with production recipes and a digital manufacturing management system.

2. Raw Material Receipt and Preparation

  • Raw materials and packaging materials are not accepted into production without quality control approval.
  • Weighing is performed in separate and controlled environments.
  • Excipients are prepared under GMP-compliant hygienic conditions.

3. Production Stages

  • A. Solid Forms (Tablets, Capsules):
  • Granulation (dry/wet), mixing, compression, coating
  • In-process tests: weight uniformity, hardness, disintegration, dissolution
  • B. Liquid Forms (Syrups, Sprays):
  • Solution preparation, filtration, homogenization
  • Controlled through viscosity, pH, and microbiological analyses
  • C. Semi-Solid Forms (Creams, Ointments, Gels):
  • Melting, mixing, emulsification
  • Stability and microbiological suitability tests

4. Filling

  • Products are filled in areas compliant with sterile or cleanroom classifications.

5. Cleaning and Validationn

  • Detailed cleaning is performed after each production cycle.
  • Cleaning validations are documented, and equipment is controlled to prevent cross-contamination.

6. Final Product Inspection

  • Finished products undergo physical, chemical, and microbiological analysis in the QC lab.
  • No product is released without approval.

7. Documentation and Traceability

  • All production steps are recorded in electronic systems.
  • Lot-based tracking ensures retrospective traceability.
